Driving Standards

1. Traffic Laws: Adhere to all in-game traffic laws and regulations. This includes speed limits, traffic signals, and other road rules.
2. Driving Etiquette: Drive responsibly and considerately. Avoid reckless driving, overtaking in unsafe conditions, and causing accidents.
3. Convoys: Follow convoy rules and instructions from convoy leaders. Maintain a safe distance from other trucks and adhere to the convoy's speed and route.

Attendance and Activity

1. Activity Requirements: Members are expected to be active and participate regularly in VTC activities, including convoys and events.
2. Absences: If you need to take an extended break or will be inactive for a period, please inform a VTC manager or post in the designated absence channel.
3. Event Participation: Attend scheduled events and convoys whenever possible. If you sign up for an event, please make every effort to attend.

Communication

1. Discord Usage: Join and be active on our official Discord server. Use the appropriate channels for different types of communication (e.g., general chat, event announcements, support).
2. Reporting Issues: Report any issues, conflicts, or rule violations to VTC management promptly and discreetly. Do not engage in public arguments or confrontations.
3. Announcements: Pay attention to VTC announcements and updates. Ensure you are informed about upcoming events, rule changes, and other important information.

VTC Representation

1. VTC Tag: When driving for Wave Logistics, use the appropriate VTC tag in TruckersMP to represent our VTC.
2. Public Image: Remember that your actions reflect on Wave Logistics. Maintain a positive and respectful image in all public interactions.

Compliance and Enforcement

1. Rule Compliance: All members must comply with these rules at all times. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action, including warnings, suspension, or removal from the VTC.
2. Reporting Violations: If you witness a rule violation, report it to VTC management with as much detail as possible. Confidentiality will be maintained.
3. Disciplinary Process: VTC management will investigate reported violations and take appropriate action. Members will have the opportunity to explain their actions before any disciplinary measures are enforced.

Safety and Integrity

1. Cheating and Exploits: The use of cheats, hacks, or exploits is strictly forbidden. This includes any form of unfair advantage in the game.
2. Account Security: Keep your TruckersMP and Discord accounts secure. Do not share your account details with others.
3. Legal Compliance: Ensure your actions comply with TruckersMP rules and any applicable laws. Any illegal activity will be reported and may result in immediate removal from the VTC.

Community Engagement

1. Support Fellow Members: Offer help and support to fellow VTC members whenever possible. Foster a collaborative and friendly environment.
